A locally owned and operated company, Salty Iguana began with one location in Prairie Village, KS. With customer satisfaction as a top priority, Salty Iguana expanded to Independence, Mo, Lawrence, Olathe, and Overland Park, KS. Salty Iguana features fresh Mexican food and outstanding margaritas in a fun and family-friendly environment. We choose only the highest quality products that are provided by an attentive and friendly staff. Salty Iguana also offers two food trucks and full service catering.
