EnglishFounded in early 2012 by Bill Georgas and Trevor Ganshaw, American Franchise Capital, LLC was created to make private control investments in established tier 1 national franchised restaurant brands. Their goal was to attract the most talented team of restaurant professionals in the industry, capable of operating multiple brands at exceptionally high levels of profitability and guest satisfaction.
AFC completed its first acquisition of 33 Applebee�s Neighborhood Grill and Bar Restaurants located throughout the Midwest in the Fall of 2012. In Spring of 2013, AFC announced the acquisition of 27 Taco Bell Restaurants in CT. The most recent AFC acquisition was the purchase of 23 Applebee�s Restaurants in July of 2015 in the Kansas City region. AFC currently owns and operates 83 restaurants in 8 states.
