The Briad Group has come a long way since October 1987, when Brad Honigfeld opened his first franchise�a Steve�s Ice Cream/Carnegie Deli in Princeton, N.J. Today, the ice cream parlor long gone, Briad now manages restaurants, major hotel chains, and is expanding into shopping center development and operation as Briad Restaurant Group, LLC.

We are best known for our three major divisions: quick-serve, which operates Wendy's� Old Fashioned Hamburgers restaurants; casual-dining, which oversees TGI Fridays� restaurants; and lodging, which develops and operates hotels under the Marriott� and Hilton� brands.

Additionally, we opened the Promenade Shops at Clifton in 2009, a lifestyle shopping center. In 2010, we decided to expand our restaurant operations, so we developed a new frozen yogurt concept called Cups Frozen Yogurt � That�s Hot and we became a licensee for Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar. The Briad Group is quickly becoming one of America�s fastest growing restaurant and hospitality companies. In 2013, Briad ranked 11th on the Franchise Times Restaurant 200 list boasting annual sales of $332,439,000. And there�s no doubt that this ranking will move up on the 2014 list with the explosive growth among Cups Frozen Yogurt and Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar over the last year.
